Every rental unit we send is fully finished at our Langley facility: spray foam insulated, electrically wired, baseboards fitted, windows and doors installed. When your rental period ends, we collect and reset the unit — no demolition, no hassle.

- Container office rentals run from $450/month for a 10 or 20 ft unit and $850/month for a 40 ft, with Premium trim at $650 and $1,050 respectively.
- A rental can be configured before it leaves the shop: security bars, partition walls, washroom hookups, and custom door and window placement to suit the site it's going to.
- Two things are quoted separately rather than bundled into the monthly rate: the tie-in from the unit's 40 or 60 amp panel to your site supply, and a washroom where you need one (20 ft units and larger).
How the rental works
Term, power, washrooms, and what happens if your dates move.
- How long do I have to rent for?
- As long as the job needs, and no longer — there's no minimum term. A short rental costs more per month and the monthly rate drops as the commitment lengthens. In practice most rentals run six months or more.
- What power does the unit need?
- Each unit ships with its electrical panel already wired, either 40 or 60 amp. Connecting it to site power is a separate job: most clients put their own electrician on it, or we can quote the tie-in alongside the unit.
- Can I get a washroom in it?
- On a 20 ft unit or bigger, yes — the 10 ft can't take one. Washrooms are quoted against the configuration you want rather than sold at a set price, so it's worth telling us the layout early.
- Can the electrical be certified if my site requires it?
- Yes — SPE-1000 electrical certification can be arranged for a unit on an individual basis where the authority having jurisdiction calls for it. It's handled per unit as required rather than applied to every rental by default, so raise it with us when you're specifying the unit.
- What if the project overruns?
- You keep the unit at the rate you're already on. Roll month-to-month for as long as it takes, or lock in a fresh term once the new completion date is firm.
