Every rental unit from NED Structures is fabricated at our Langley shop before delivery. Crane-truck delivery is quoted separately — an estimated $400 to $1,000 depending on unit size and distance from our Langley yard. We coordinate access and placement with your site supervisor. In-stock units are available for immediate delivery, subject to current stock; custom builds take about 3 weeks — with the exact delivery figure confirmed on your quote. Vancouver Island, Interior BC, and Okanagan available by request.

- The 10 ft rental is a single all-in-one rate — $450 a month with no Standard or Premium split — sized for a lone supervisor or a gatehouse.
- A 40 ft rental can be configured with an individual interior office for $50 a month more, or a separate exterior office for $100 a month more.
- Every rental ends with pickup: we collect and reset the unit when the build wraps — no demolition, no disposal, nothing left on site.
Rental details
The practical answers most project managers want before raising a purchase order.
Flexible rental term — no hard minimum
There's no minimum term to work around. Shorter rentals carry a higher monthly rate and the rate comes down the longer you commit, so a two-month bridge and a two-year build are both workable. Most of our clients end up renting for six months or more.
Power: 40 or 60 amp panel, tie-in quoted separately
Units arrive with a 40 or 60 amp electrical panel already wired. The tie-in to your site power is separate from the rental: most crews use their own electrician, and if you'd rather we handle it, we'll quote it with the unit.
Washrooms available on 20 ft and larger
A washroom can be added to a 20 ft unit or larger — it isn't an option on the 10 ft. It's priced per configuration rather than as a flat add-on, so tell us the layout you need and we'll quote it with the rest of the unit.
SPE-1000 electrical certification, where you need it
If the authority having jurisdiction on your site requires the unit's electrical to be certified, SPE-1000 certification can be arranged on an individual basis. It isn't applied to every unit as standard — tell us your site's requirement and we'll sort it for that unit.
Project runs long? Extend at your existing rate
Schedules slip; the rental shouldn't be the problem. When a project runs past its end date you keep the unit at the rate you're already paying — carry on month-to-month, or set a new fixed term if you now know the finish date.
